Return Policy / Damaged Goods Policy
Please keep all packaging material in the event that you return an item. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of goods in order to do so. We will give you instructions as to how to return it.

If you received a damaged item call us immediately for instructions. When returned, it must be in its original box with original packing so that we may initiate an insurance claim. In either case, Call: (919) 968-8208

Shipping
We ship all orders via reliable ground carrier. We only ship to street addresses. We cannot ship to a P.O. box. We usually fill your order within 24 hours of check clearance or credit card approval. If an item is not available we will notify you immediately as to when it will be shipped.
